(1) Placing the order

  • Can I place the order by Fax or Phone?

Once you register at our online shop, you can down load the fax order paper. (You will see Order Form key. )We are not taking phone order.

  • I can't log in.

Please contact our customer service by e-mail. We can check your e-mail and password.

  • How much is the custom cost?

Custom fee will be vary in each country. The customers must pay custom fee.

  • How soon will I receive the shipment?

We will ship your item within a week. If you don't hear from us within a week, please contact us.

  • I didn't receive order confirmation e-mail.

If you have yahoo e-mail account, confirmation e-mail might go to Junk mail. Please check your junk mail folder first. Or you might have entered wrong e-mail address. Please contact us we will check your order status.

  • Can I cancel the order?

To cancel the order, please let us know within 24 hours after you place the order. We my charge cancellation fee for some items. Please contact to customer service.

  • Can I add more items to my order?

We can add to your order if your order has not shipped yet.

  • I'm afraid to enter all my privacy policy information.

  • I would like to cancel the certain item I've ordered.

  • I received a damaged items. I received a wrong item.

If you received a wrong or damaged items, please let us know within a week after your item arrival. (Please send the photo image as well.) We will send the replacement with no cost. Please see the returns and exchange section.

  • Can you send us the credit card receipt?

Yes, we can. Pease contact us so we will e-mail you one.

  • How can I pay?

You can pay by credit card or wire money.

  • I don't feel comfortable to enter my credit card information, do you have a security system working?
